STIWA AMS CI Suite V1.31 Vorschau

AMS CI-Suite V1.32 Frühlings-Release 2027: Vorschau

WAS GIBT'S NEUES IN V1.32

Drei Veränderungen, die Ihnen auf dem Shopfloor auffallen werden

PLANNED FOR V1.32
For IT and first-level support

Software Administration

A service on a machine PC Stops, and someone has to dial in to one PC after another to find it. Software Administration shows the status of every STIWA service in one place, alerts you when one stops, and lets you restart it without logging on to the machine. Free for all STIWA applications.

PLANNED FOR V1.32
For Process technicians and quality

Machine Part Data Exchange

Product and process data travel with each part through the machine, so the data always stays with the part it belongs to. A part can also run through the same station more than once.

PLANNED FOR V1.32
For quality and production managers

Plant Part Data Exchange

Part data lives in one central place for the whole plant instead of moving from machine to machine. That way, infomration about a part is not stuck in a single machine. For example, assembly information can flow back to the pre-assembly lines.

This is a preview. Final scope and availability may still change; the Spring 2027 release page shows exactly what is included.

FOR YOUR IT

One Data Path: The DataBus

Starting with version 1.32, machine data will be transmitted via a central DataBus instead of through separate connections between applications. This lays the foundation for new analyses, such as cycle time analysis. Additional services will also utilize this infrastructure in the future. This structural shift ensures maximum operational flexibility, seamless interoperability, and long-term scaling value across the entire production facility.

Plan Your Update

Switch your operators to "Shopfloor Control.” This product replaces the ZPoint-CI Client, which will no longer be available as of Release 2028.

Bring older machines along. Update machines to V1.24 or V1.25, and they can join a V1.32 central system.

Start new machines on a current system. Choose a current operating system instead of Windows Server 2022. Existing systems can still be updated.

Get ready for the DataBus. With Kafka on Linux from your IT team, you can now use it for new analyses, such as cycle time analysis.

WHY ONE RELEASE A YEAR

Updates You Can Plan Around Your Production

One release every spring. Each central system works with machines up to four years older, so you can choose when to update within that window.

Shift handover without the paper list?

Was the gripper changed? Was the station cleaned? With Checklist, your team works through reoccuring tasks at the machine, and every step is doccumented digitally. The next sift sees at a glance what is done.

Taks can be scheduled and come with attachments and a record of who did what. With Shopfloor Control, overdue taks can also trigger an alert. Checklist also run on its own.
